Hepsiburada deducts more than a commission. Every shipment carries a fixed platform service fee and a fixed transaction fee on top of the category percentage, and both are charged whatever the basket is worth. On a two thousand lira television they are noise. On a sixty lira accessory they are most of the margin, which is why the smallest listings are so often the ones quietly losing money.
This calculator puts the fixed fees next to the percentage so the effect is visible at the price you are actually considering. Pick the category, type the price, and the page lists the commission, the two per-order fees, the shipping the marketplace bills you for, the VAT it adds to those invoices and the payout that remains. Enter your unit cost as well and it answers whether the listing earns anything and at which price it starts to.
Commission is calculated on the listing price with VAT included, and the invoice for it carries its own VAT. A VAT-registered seller deducts that second amount, so the page shows it as a separate line and lets you switch it in or out of the bottom line rather than deciding for you. The VAT inside the sale price is treated the same way: collected for the tax office, never counted as revenue.
Hepsiburada rates are negotiated per seller and change with campaigns, so the table on this page is compiled from published sources rather than from the marketplace itself, and it carries the date it was published and a link to it. Treat it as a planning figure. The commission field, the fee fields and the shipping field are all editable, so the calculation can be made exact with the numbers on your own statement.
Hepsiburada charges a platform service fee and a transaction fee per shipment, independent of the category and of the basket value, both before VAT. The per-order field on this page holds them together and starts from the published figures. Because they do not scale with the price, they decide whether small items are worth listing at all.
Because the rate in your agreement is negotiated and moves with campaigns and with your category performance. The public figures are ranges, useful for comparing categories and for setting a first price. Type your own rate into the commission field and every line on the page recalculates around it.
Yes, when the parcel goes with a contracted carrier the fee is deducted from your payout, priced by desi band, and support brackets change what a small basket costs. The field here starts from the cheapest published band, so set it to the band you actually ship at before reading the bottom line.
