Marketplaces integration

Trendyol

What it does

  • Lists your products on Trendyol in batches after category and attribute mapping, and records each approval or rejection reason.
  • Keeps stock and price in sync both ways, with Trendyol campaign prices kept separate from your base product.
  • Pulls Trendyol orders into your normal order flow by webhook plus polling, and writes tracking numbers back.

Provider based in Turkey

Trendyol is the highest-volume marketplace in Turkey and the first one Kambloo connects. The connector implements the MarketplaceConnector contract used by every marketplace module: push products, sync stock and price, pull orders, and expose the category tree and attributes for mapping. It is an Internal Module. Trendyol's seller commission is between you and Trendyol.

How it works with Kambloo

Product push starts with mapping. Kambloo caches Trendyol's category tree for 24 hours and suggests matches for your categories by name similarity. For each Trendyol category you map the required attributes to your own product fields. Until that is complete, the push is blocked with a list of missing fields. The push itself is a batch job over Trendyol's supplier API: Kambloo submits the batch, polls the result endpoint, and records approval or rejection with the reason on each listing.

Stock and price sync is two-way with a clear default: Kambloo pushes to Trendyol. A change that originates on Trendyol, such as a campaign price, is stored on the listing as the marketplace price and does not overwrite your base product. Outbound sync is delta-based and rate-limited to Trendyol's allowance, with an idempotency key on every request.

Oversell protection comes from the single stock pool. When any channel reserves stock, sellable quantity is recalculated and pushed to Trendyol on a high-priority queue. A per-channel buffer lets you under-report on purpose.

Orders arrive by webhook to your store's central endpoint, with a five-minute poll as backup. Each order is created with the Trendyol channel tag and follows the normal path: stock reservation, label creation with your carrier, invoice, and customer notification. Packaging statuses and the tracking number are written back to Trendyol.

A price rule per listing or category lets you offset commission: sale price times a percentage plus a fixed amount, rounded by the strategy you pick.

Requirements

  • A Trendyol seller account with API access.
  • Category and attribute mapping completed for the products you list.
  • A live store domain so Trendyol's order webhooks can reach Kambloo.

Setup steps

The short version. The screens in your store admin follow the same order.

  1. Install the Trendyol module from the Market. It is free.
  2. Enter your Trendyol supplier ID and API credentials under Settings > Marketplaces > Trendyol.
  3. Map your categories to Trendyol's tree and fill the required attributes for each category.
  4. Set a price rule to cover commission and choose a buffer stock for Trendyol.
  5. List a few products, confirm they are approved, and enable order pull.

Questions about Trendyol

Why can't I list a product yet?

Trendyol requires specific attributes per category. Kambloo blocks the push until the category and every required attribute are mapped, and shows the missing fields before sending.

What if a product sells on my store and Trendyol at the same time?

Both draw from one stock pool. A reservation on either channel reduces sellable stock and a delta sync pushes the new quantity to Trendyol on a high-priority queue. You can also keep a buffer, for example report stock minus two.

Do Trendyol orders get a different workflow?

No. They enter the same order flow tagged with the Trendyol channel. Shipping labels, invoices, and notifications work the same, and the tracking number is written back to Trendyol.
