Marketplaces integration

Çiçeksepeti

What it does

  • Pushes products to Çiçeksepeti over its REST API, including delivery-time and province-based stock attributes.
  • Syncs stock and price both ways from Kambloo's single stock pool.
  • Pulls Çiçeksepeti orders into your standard order flow.

Provider based in Turkey

Çiçeksepeti is a marketplace for flowers, gifts, and food, and Kambloo connects to it with a dedicated module. Its REST API follows the familiar marketplace shape, with one difference that matters: listings carry delivery-time and province-based stock attributes. The connector implements the MarketplaceConnector contract and is an Internal Module. Çiçeksepeti's commission is charged by the marketplace.

How it works with Kambloo

Product push follows the shared flow. Kambloo loads the Çiçeksepeti category tree and the required attributes per category, caches them, and suggests category matches by name. You map your product fields to those attributes. Çiçeksepeti's delivery-time and province availability fields are part of that mapping, so you can express, for example, same-day availability in one province and standard delivery elsewhere. Products with missing required attributes are held back with a list of what to fix. The push is a batch job, and each listing records approval or rejection with the reason.

Stock and price sync is two-way with Kambloo as the default source. Delta jobs send changed rows with idempotency keys and respect the provider rate limit. A price set on Çiçeksepeti's side is stored separately on the listing. A price rule per listing or category adds a percentage and a fixed amount to cover commission.

All sales channels share one stock pool. A reservation on your storefront or another marketplace lowers sellable stock, and the new quantity is pushed to Çiçeksepeti on a high-priority queue. A per-channel buffer is available.

Orders are pulled on a schedule, created with the Çiçeksepeti channel tag, and handled like any other order: stock reservation, carrier label, invoice through your e-document integrator, and customer notification. The tracking number is written back to the marketplace.

Delivery-day and time-slot selection for your own storefront is a separate store feature; this connector covers the marketplace side.

Requirements

  • A Çiçeksepeti seller account with API access.

How do orders arrive?

They are pulled on a schedule and enter Kambloo tagged with the Çiçeksepeti channel, then follow your normal shipping and invoicing steps.
