Messaging integration

İYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi)

What it does

  • Reports every marketing consent and withdrawal from your store to İYS within the legal window, with retries and an alarm if it fails.
  • Pulls rejections made on the İYS side each night and blocks those recipients from marketing messages.
  • Enforces a consent gate in code: no marketing email, SMS, or WhatsApp leaves without a valid consent record.

Provider based in Turkey

İYS, the Turkish message management system, is where commercial message consents must be recorded. Kambloo treats this integration as mandatory because marketing cannot run legally without it. The module supports a direct İYS connection or intermediary mode through an İYS partner provider such as Netgsm. It is an Internal Module with no fee from Kambloo.

How it works with Kambloo

Consent is captured per channel. Signup, checkout, and exit-intent forms show separate checkboxes for email and SMS, never pre-ticked. Each change creates a consent record with source, IP address, and timestamp, and queues a sync job in the same transaction. The job reports the change to İYS, which must happen within three business days. It retries five times and, if still failing, lands in a dead-letter list and raises an operations alarm. A missed report is never silent.

Sending is fast because it does not call İYS live. Every send job starts with the consent gate, which reads the local record. Transactional messages pass; marketing messages pass only with a granted consent on the right channel. WhatsApp marketing is governed by SMS consent under the İYS channel model.

Accuracy is maintained by pulling in the other direction. A nightly job fetches changes made on İYS under your sender identity, especially rejections entered through the İYS portal or an operator, writes them locally with an İYS-sync source, and adds the address to the marketing suppression list. Before a campaign to more than 10,000 recipients, the list is also passed through İYS's bulk query as a second check. A weekly reconciliation compares local consent counts with İYS and flags any gap on the health screen.

Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header; SMS carries a short opt-out instruction. Both revoke the consent and sync it to İYS.

Requirements

  • An İYS registration for your brand, or an İYS partner provider account.
  • Per-channel consent checkboxes on your forms (configured by default).
  • An accountant or legal advisor's review of your consent wording.

Setup steps

The short version. The screens in your store admin follow the same order.

  1. Register your brand and sender identity with İYS, or use an İYS partner provider such as Netgsm.
  2. Choose direct or intermediary mode under Settings > Messaging > İYS and enter the credentials.
  3. Confirm that the marketing checkboxes on signup and checkout are unchecked by default and separated per channel.
  4. Run the first sync and review the reconciliation report on the integration health screen.

Questions about İYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi)

Why is İYS mandatory?

Turkish law requires commercial electronic messages to have consent recorded in İYS. Kambloo treats this as a precondition of marketing and enforces it in code rather than by policy.

Does Kambloo query İYS every time it sends a message?

No. Sending checks the local consent record for speed. Accuracy comes from two-way sync: consent changes are pushed to İYS at once, and rejections made on İYS are pulled nightly. Campaigns over 10,000 recipients are also checked against İYS's bulk query before sending.

Are order and shipping messages affected?

No. Transactional and service messages such as OTP, order confirmation, and tracking are outside İYS scope and are always sent.
