Integrations
Connected to the way Turkey sells, and beyond
Payments, cargo, e-invoice, marketplaces, ads and messaging. Each connector is a free module you install from the App Market and configure with your own provider account. Credentials stay encrypted in your store's own database, and every external call runs as a queued job with retries.
Yazılım sonsuza dek ücretsiz · Kredi kartı gerekmez · İlk 3 ay hosting ücretsiz
On this screen
- Every installed connector with its last sync time, error count and queue delay
- Payment settings with iyzico, PayTR, Stripe and bank POS side by side
- The marketplace mapping screen: your categories next to Trendyol's tree
- Feed links for Google Merchant Center, Cimri and Akakce
Screenshots come from the product itself, never from mockups. Until a screen ships, this panel lists what it shows.
Payments
Cards through iyzico, PayTR, Stripe or your own bank POS
iyzico and PayTR cover a Turkish store on day one: 3D Secure, installments by card BIN, stored cards and refunds from the order screen. Craftgate adds routing across banks and providers with failover. Stripe serves sales outside Turkey. If you already have a bank agreement, the bank virtual POS module connects around fifteen Turkish banks through one configuration, so you keep your commission advantage. Card data never reaches Kambloo: the customer types it on the provider's page, and your PCI scope stays at SAQ-A.
- 3D Secure with a status check after 10 minutes if the callback never arrives
- Installment table per card at checkout; surcharge absorbed or passed on
- Cash on delivery through the carrier, bank transfer with admin confirmation
- Refunds, full or partial, capped at the amount collected
Gateways
- iyzico
- 3D Secure, BIN installments, stored cards, API refunds

Shipping
Labels, tracking and cash on delivery from the order
Confirm an order and the shipment is created with your carrier: a label PDF, a barcode and a tracking number, attached to the order. The customer receives the tracking number by email or SMS. Carriers with webhooks push status changes; the others are polled every 30 minutes. Delivered orders close and the return window starts. Cash-on-delivery amounts are passed to the carrier with the shipment.
- Yurtici Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, Surat Kargo, PTT Kargo and HepsiJet
- Print the day's labels as one PDF
- Shipping price from volumetric or real weight and the destination, on your own contract rates loaded by CSV
- Free-shipping thresholds come from the campaign engine, not from a second setting

Marketplaces
One catalog on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 and more
Map your categories to the marketplace tree, fill the attributes each category requires and push products in batches. Kambloo records every approval and rejection with the reason. Stock and price sync both ways, with marketplace campaign prices kept apart from your base product. All channels draw from one stock pool: a reservation anywhere lowers sellable stock everywhere within seconds, and a buffer per channel lets you under-report on purpose. Marketplace orders enter your normal order flow tagged by channel, and tracking numbers are written back.
- Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon Turkiye, Ciceksepeti and Etsy
- Category suggestions by name similarity; missing required attributes block the push with a list
- Price rule per listing or category to cover commission, with the rounding you choose
- Google Merchant Center feed plus Cimri and Akakce price comparison feeds
Sync model
- Products
- Batch push, approval and rejection reasons per listing
- Stock
- Delta sync on a high-priority queue after every reservation
- Price
- Your base price plus the channel rule; campaign prices stay on the listing
- Orders
- Webhook plus polling; same flow, channel tag, tracking written back
Accounting and e-invoice
Invoices issued when the order is paid
When an order is paid, an invoice job checks whether the buyer is a registered e-invoice taxpayer and issues an e-invoice or an e-archive invoice through your integrator. The PDF is attached to the order and emailed to the customer; the tax authority's acceptance or rejection is tracked. Returns and cancellations produce the matching refund invoice. Accounting connectors push orders and contacts to your bookkeeping and can pull stock back from an ERP that owns it.
- Uyumsoft for e-invoice and e-archive at launch
- Parasut and Bizim Hesap for orders, contacts and stock; Logo, Mikro and Netsis planned
- VAT rates per product, written to invoice lines from the product tax class
- A declaration mode for stores that invoice outside the platform

Marketing and messaging
Measure with GA4 and Meta, message by SMS and WhatsApp
Analytics events fire in the browser and again from the server, so ad blockers do not blank your reports: GA4 through gtag and the Measurement Protocol, Meta through Pixel and the Conversions API with deduplicated event IDs, Google Ads with enhanced conversions, TikTok with Pixel and Events API. Product feeds for Google Merchant Center are generated on a schedule. SMS goes out under your own approved header through Netgsm, Ileti Merkezi or Mutlucell; WhatsApp uses approved templates through 360dialog or the Meta Cloud API.
- Consent registered with IYS, Turkey's commercial message registry, before any marketing message is sent
- Rejections coming back from IYS update your records every night
- Email is a platform service on every store, not a metered quota
- Order and shipping notifications use the channel you choose per event
Channels

Build your own
A REST API and signed webhooks for everything else
Every store has its own API at /api/v1 with scoped tokens you create in the panel: products, variants, orders, customers and stock, with cursor pagination and filters. Outgoing webhooks post order, product, customer and low-stock events to your endpoint with an HMAC SHA-256 signature, retry five times with backoff and pause an endpoint that keeps failing. Supplier feeds in XML or JSON import on a schedule with field mapping and a price rule. Customers can sign in with Google or Apple.
- Tokens with scopes such as products:read or orders:write
- 120 requests per minute per token, with a Retry-After header at the limit
- A log of the last 100 webhook deliveries with a resend button
- Breaking changes only in a new API version; the old one lives at least 12 months
Webhook events
- order.*
- created, paid, shipped, cancelled
- product.*
- created, updated, deleted
- customer.created
- A new customer account
- stock.low

Solid pills are available now; dashed pills are planned. Provider names belong to their owners, and fees charged by a provider are between you and that provider.
Questions
Questions about integrations
Short answers to what people ask before they open a store. The docs go deeper.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every connector is a free module from the App Market. Fees charged by the provider itself, such as a payment gateway's commission, a marketplace's commission or per-message SMS pricing, are between you and that provider.
Where are my API keys stored?
In your store's own database, encrypted with the platform key. After you save them, the panel shows only the last four characters.
What happens when a provider is down or a call fails?
External calls run as queued jobs with retries and an idempotency key, so a retry never creates a duplicate order or shipment. The integration health screen shows the last sync, the error count and the queue delay per connector. If a payment callback never arrives, a status query asks the provider after 10 minutes.
Connect your accounts in an afternoon
Install the connectors you need from the App Market, paste your keys and run a sandbox order before you go live.
