Questions about buying
How do I activate a module after buying it?
After payment you receive an activation code in the form KMB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, on screen and by email. In your store admin open the Market menu, choose Redeem code and paste it. The module installs and switches on in the background.
Is the code tied to my account or my store?
No. A code can be redeemed once, by any Kambloo store. The store that redeems it owns the license and pays any renewals. You can pass a code on as a gift. Unused codes expire after 12 months.
Can I get a refund?
One-time purchases are refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Subscriptions cancelled mid-period stay active until the period ends and are refunded in full within the first 14 days. Used pay-as-you-go credits are not refunded. Your data stays in your store either way.
What does "Included" mean?
Included modules come with every store. They need no purchase and no code: switch them on from your store admin. The software itself is free and every feature ships on every hosting plan.
How are subscriptions renewed?
The activation code starts the first period. Renewals are added to the hosting invoice of the store that redeemed the code, so there is one bill to keep track of.
Is there a free trial?
Modules with a trial show the number of days on this page. You start the trial from your store admin without payment or code, once per store. Before it ends you get a reminder with a purchase link; if you do not buy, the module pauses and your data is kept.
