Shipping integration

Yurtiçi Kargo

What it does

  • Creates the shipment at Yurtiçi from the order screen and returns a PDF label, barcode, and tracking number.
  • Polls Yurtiçi for status changes and writes them back to the order, then notifies the customer.
  • Passes the cash-on-delivery amount to Yurtiçi when the order was placed with COD.

Provider based in Turkey

Yurtiçi Kargo is one of the first two carriers in Kambloo's catalog, together with Aras. It connects through Yurtiçi's SOAP and REST services and covers the full loop: label creation, tracking, delivery confirmation, and cash on delivery. The adapter is an Internal Module with no fee from Kambloo.

How it works with Kambloo

When you confirm an order for dispatch, Kambloo calls the carrier contract's createShipment method. Yurtiçi returns a label, a barcode, and a tracking number. The label PDF is written to your store's bucket, the tracking number is saved on the shipment, and a templated notification with the tracking link goes to the customer through your configured channel.

Tracking runs on a schedule. Yurtiçi does not send status webhooks in this integration, so a tracking job polls the API every 30 minutes for open shipments. Each new status is written to the order timeline. When the status reaches delivered, the order is closed and the return window starts. Polling jobs run on the dedicated integrations queue, with retry and backoff, and with rate limits so a large order book does not flood the carrier API.

Cash on delivery is handled in the same call. If the order was placed with COD, the collection amount is sent to Yurtiçi as a shipment option. COD orders convert the stock reservation into a firm deduction at order time because payment is not awaited. Collection is confirmed in the admin panel against the carrier's report, and the COD reconciliation report matches carrier collections to orders. If the customer refuses the parcel, the return closes the order, restores stock, and increments the customer's COD refusal counter.

Shipping prices at the cart come from your own rate table. Kambloo computes volumetric weight (length by width by height over 3000) against actual weight, takes the larger value, and looks up the origin and destination provinces in the CSV you uploaded.

Requirements

  • A Yurtiçi Kargo customer agreement and API credentials.
  • Your negotiated rate table in CSV form.
  • Product dimensions and weights on your products for accurate pricing.

Setup steps

The short version. The screens in your store admin follow the same order.

  1. Install the Yurtiçi Kargo module from the Market. It is free.
  2. Enter your Yurtiçi customer code and API credentials under Settings > Shipping > Yurtiçi Kargo.
  3. Upload your negotiated rate table as CSV so the cart shows the right shipping price.
  4. Create a test shipment from a test order and print the label.
  5. Enable the carrier for your shipping zones.

Questions about Yurtiçi Kargo

How often does tracking update?

Yurtiçi does not push status webhooks in this integration, so Kambloo polls every 30 minutes. Each change is written to the order and can trigger an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message.

Can I print all labels for the day at once?

Yes. Labels are stored in your store's file bucket and bulk printing merges the day's labels into a single PDF.

What happens when Yurtiçi reports the parcel as delivered?

The order closes and the return window starts counting from that date. For COD orders, collection is confirmed separately against the carrier's report.
