Shipping integration
PTT Kargo
What it does
- Creates PTT shipments from orders and stores the label, barcode, and tracking number.
- Polls PTT for delivery status and notifies the customer at each change.
- Supports cash on delivery by sending the collection amount with the shipment.
Provider based in Turkey
PTT Kargo is part of Kambloo's launch catalog. Its place in the catalog is coverage: PTT's network reaches rural areas that private carriers may serve slowly or at higher cost. The adapter implements the standard ShippingCarrier contract and is an Internal Module with no fee from Kambloo.
How it works with Kambloo
Kambloo does not treat PTT differently from other carriers at the order level. You confirm an order, the adapter calls PTT to create the shipment, and PTT returns a label, barcode, and tracking number. The label PDF is stored in your bucket and can be printed on its own or as part of the daily batch. The tracking number is saved to the order and sent to the customer with a link.
Where PTT differs is in how you use it. Kambloo's shipping zones let you assign carriers per region. A common setup is a private carrier for cities and PTT for districts and villages where its delivery network is stronger. Because every carrier prices from its own uploaded rate table, the cart shows the correct PTT price for those zones, calculated from desi or real weight and the origin and destination provinces.
Tracking is polled. A scheduled job queries PTT every 30 minutes for open shipments and writes each new status to the order timeline. The job runs on the integrations queue with retries and backoff. A delivered status closes the order and starts the return window. Notifications at each status change use your configured channel: email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Cash on delivery is supported. The collection amount is sent as an option on shipment creation. The order's stock reservation becomes a firm deduction when the order is placed, and payment is marked collected once you confirm it against PTT's report. Refused parcels cancel the order, restore stock, and count toward the customer's COD refusal limit.

Questions about PTT Kargo
Why add PTT if I already use another carrier?
Coverage. PTT reaches rural districts and villages that other networks may not serve at the same price. Assign PTT to those zones and keep your primary carrier elsewhere.
How is tracking updated?
By polling every 30 minutes. Each new status is written to the order and sent to the customer through the channel you configured.
Can PTT and cash on delivery be combined?
Yes. The COD amount is passed when the shipment is created. Collection is confirmed in the admin panel against PTT's report.
